In my Auto Accident and Social Security practices, I work primarily with clients who have been injured or hurt, and who often do not know the next steps to take. In my Auto Accident practice, clients usually call wondering about how they are going to pay their hospital or medical bills, and wonder what they are going to do if they cannot return to work because of their injuries. My goal in injury cases is to put my clients minds at ease by taking on the burden of dealing with the insurance companies on behalf of my clients and making sure that they obtain a fair settlement based on their injuries. Similarly, in my Social Security practice, I actively participate in cutting through the government red tape in order to ensure that my clients case is heard and decided at the earliest possible opportunity.
